For my youngest sister’s birthday I made her a selection of cupcakes (and the patchwork cushion). Her favourite tipple is Amaretto and coke so some of her birthday cupcakes were these Amaretto cupcakes with Amaretto frosting, baked in these really cute silicone teacup moulds which she had bought me for my birthday 😀

I veyr rarely like making only one type of cupcake so I also made some of these sticky toffee pecan cupcakes, recipe taken from my Cookie Girl book.

Toria almost didn’t get any of these as my boyfriend kept stealing them before she even got to see them! I baked them in these snazzy zebra print cupcake cases which I think look pretty cool.

All in all I think both recipes of cake were a success and I think I will make them both again
